Clay always goes the extra mile to help. The site showed you were out of the top hatch for the Super Decathlon. Clay said "give me a few minutes to the check the warehouse." He came back with one. And then he went on to tell me about opening the tail end of the fuselage so the pressure would not be so great to pop off another one. He got it out in the mail that day! Great to see one company still has great customer service. Thanks Clay!

Top hatch came missing a magnet. I notified Buddy Rc and a replacement was sent promptly. Customer service has been great.
