Shipping and Rates
Orders are shipped from Columbus, the capital city of Ohio, USA.
Under normal operations, an order placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same business day. Exceptions may occur during busy holiday seasons or if there is a temporary shortage of warehouse staff.
We ship Monday through Friday via the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be shipped on the next business day, typically Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.
Domestic:
Orders over $100 may be eligible for free shipping to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses. However, due to the size of most airplanes, this type of product is not eligible for free shipping. Instead, we offer a discounted flat shipping fee.We typically use USPS or UPS, with most packages delivered in 2-5 business days.
USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Express Mail, and UPS services are available for domestic addresses. Customers will receive a tracking number and delivery confirmation when available. If you have not received a tracking information email, please log into your account, click the "view order" link, and then click the "Track your order" link to find your tracking number and shipping method.
Real shipping cost is calculated according to package weight and distance, and can be found in the checkout page after delivery address is specified in the fields.
Any order of $300 and above requires addressee's signature confirmation upon receipt of the package. Please contact us in advance or leave a comment in the message box if you want to waive signature confirmation.
We always check the legality of potential fraudulent orders. This procedure may lead to 1-2 working days delay in shipping in some rare cases.
We do not ship products to shipping forwarding companies. Any order shows this kind of address will be cancelled and refunded without notification.

US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail (EMS), DHL, and UPS services can be selected for international addresses. Shipping cost is calculated according to package weight and distance, and can be found in the check out process. A package shipped by expedited services, such as Priority Mail, and Express Mail (EMS), DHL, and UPS, usually takes around 7-10 days to be delivered, or very occasionally up to 45 days depending on the processing speed in the custom of your country, especially in some places such as Brazil, India, and Turkey. However, package shipped by economical method, such as USPS First Class Mail, may take much longer time to be delivered.
USPS First Class Mail is a budget shipping method, and occasionally may take up to 2-3 months to be delivered in some places such as Brazil, India, and Turkey. As soon as a First Class Mail package left USPS Chicago hub there will be no tracking information available. If you need detailed tracking information and timely delivery please do not use this shipping method.
Presently we cannot ship lithium batteries internationally by using US Post Service or any other air shipping method. Please select UPS Ground if your order contains LiPo or LiFe battery. An international order contains lithium battery may be cancelled if ground shipping method is not available.
We do not ship products to shipping forwarding companies due to extremely high occurrences of credit card frauds. Any order shows this kind of address will be cancelled and refunded without further notification, other than payment by a confirmed and verified PayPal account.
