Low Storage charge

I bought 3 of these batteries from Buddy RC. All of them arrived promptly but with low storage voltages. One was 16% and the other 2 about 20%. They all took a charge. Time will tell if their usable life is shortened.

I purchased the OMP M1 EVO. I had a binding issue to my Radiomaster TX16S.
Sent it back to BuddyRC. Tech support was excellent. The binding issue was my fault. The M1 EVO is a great Heli.
