They work great, and I have been using them for many years. One trick to help with soldering wires to terminals is to put the male and female together first.

Perfect and safe

I read about these connectors at rehelicopterfun.com and started using these as I got involved in electric models. I converted my Blade 450, Trex 450, Radian Pro and a large foamy to XT60s. They are easy to solder to and unsolder and reuse. Have been using them for about two years with no regrets. Unlike dangerous Deans, there is little exposed metal. If you drop a tool on a live XT60 paraboard, there will be no sparks.
