Donovan, Our apologies with your order. I see that an order was placed on August 23rd for the charger. Please explain why you claim that we sent you a refurbished charger? As for the scratch you stated on the screen, All iChargers come with a screen protector. Please check and remove. Also, we do not ship refurbished chargers when a new one is purchased. As for the packaging, we do not work for the postal service and have no control once the item leaves our facility. All items were in 'New' condition when shipped from our facility.
